The state’s hashish market is beginning small, with solely seven present medical marijuana dispensaries being granted licenses to promote leisure marijuana as “hybrid retailers.” These dispensaries, positioned in Branford, Meriden, Montville, New Haven, Newington, Stamford, and Willimantic, opened their doorways to leisure clients on Tuesday morning. By 5 p.m., the seven retailers had bought $359,130 value of hashish merchandise to leisure clients, in line with the Connecticut Division of Client Safety.
