A 40-year-old man has been arrested on several drug charges following a tip from the public.
He is due in court this week.
The arrest follows a busy week for the OPP in Kenora, where Canada Day celebrations led to 16 drunk driving charges, the most in the region according to 895 The Lake.
In a tweet, OPP North West Region said officers laid 1,615 charges on roads, trails and waterways over the course of the week, with speed proving to be the biggest issue.
