Whereas there are various causes for legalization, one of many core guarantees of drug legalization is to negatively influence the underside line of drug cartels. Now that we’ve seen some types of legalization play out over the previous 20 years – maybe its time we start to look into how the Mexican Drug Cartel has developed throughout the ever altering panorama of drug coverage.
